Dane County Announces List Of Locations to Cool Off During Excessive Heat Warning

The National Weather Service has placed Dane County under an Excessive Heat Warning from Thursday morning through Friday evening.  It is important to remember that personal decisions will have the greatest impact on individual safety in the heat.

 

Attached is a current listing of locations where people can go to cool off.  As of Wednesday evening, there are over 35 different locations across Dane County where people can go to cool down.  Please check on your neighbors and loved ones; ensure they know where to get out of the heat.
